Main Responsibilities:

 
This role requires for you to be an attentive individual who can respond to calls from the National Grid in a calm, timely and efficient manner. A response involves being able to contact our clients within the given window ensuring that they participate in what we refer to as our Demand Response program.
 
Tasks will include the following:
 
§  System monitoring
§  Customer support over the phone and email
§  Client performance monitoring and analysis
§  Support ad hoc data entry and analysis projects
§  Evaluate processes and come up with ideas for process improvement
 
As this position requires flexibility in its hours, it is ideal for candidates that are willing to work early and/or late hours and weekends.

Hours:

The right candidate should be available for at least 20 hours per week. Typical shift hours: 
 
§  Weekdays: 16:00pm – 22:00 hrs
§  Weekends: 06:30am – 13:30pm and 18:00pm - 22:00pm 

We will try to accommodate preferences and plan shifts in advance but some degree of flexibility and cooperation required when creating monthly rota.

Main Responsibilities:


This role will be a key part of KiWi Power’s high growth and fast paced environment, proactively coordinating customer care and operations for Demand Response programmes. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
-       Be a central part of and supervise our Response Team
-       Generating performance reports and monthly client payment statements
-       Managing client performance and addressing underperformance
-       Serving as point of escalation for critical customer issues, working to resolve problems and helping to remove barriers for the team
-       Providing ad-hoc reporting and statistics
-       Assisting in tender and auction participation
-       Team management of 5-7 Operations center staff— including training and shift planning
-       Assisting with new DR programme research and implementation
-       Creating, developing and improving new and existing smart management features for our bespoke IT platform
-       Process evaluation and improvement
