Main Responsibilities:

  •   Generating leads and qualifying organisations through industry research in order to hand over leads to the sales team to develop and close
  •   Formulating targeting strategies, highlighting key organisations and contacts and coordinating activity with BDM’s
  •   Leading telesales initiatives from our database of prospective clients
  •   Being the first point of contact for incoming leads, qualifying and distributing them to the sales team
  •   Coordinating new campaigns and processes within the sales teams
  •   Supporting the wider sales team with the development of sales processes, including identifying process enhancements, together with creating supporting documentation, training materials and templates for BDM’s
  •   Assisting BDM’s with tender documents including PQQ’s and ITT’s as well as monitoring tender portals to identify new tenders

KiWi Power seeks a dynamic in-house Recruitment Business Partner who will be focused on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of talent for our business, whilst specifically focussing on direct sourcing individuals for a variety of roles and projects within KiWi Power. Further to this a requirement is needed to develop the recruitment and resourcing skills of the business and to provide support in promoting the brand of KiWi Power within the wider market.
 
The Recruitment Business Partner is required to have a level of commercial awareness suitable for providing strategic advice to all levels, up to and including senior management level. A critical element of the role involves process improvement to decrease cost and time to hire whilst improving customer service.
 
The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the UK energy / power industry.

Main Responsibilities:

Candidate Attraction and Resourcing:
  • Managing the recruitment process – from candidate screening through to interview, candidate feedback and offer negotiation
  • Sourcing potential and developing a continual pipeline of candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building
  • Developing an extensive network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events
  • Developing new and innovative approaches to attracting quality candidates using a variety of networking tools including: contacting potential candidates via LinkedIn and other social media sites, online databases, Boolean keyword searching on Internet portals, contact lists, agencies, networking, and attending industry-related events
  • Utilising CV search functions from a variety of job boards
  • Prequalifying potential candidates to determine their qualifications through profiling, psychometric assessments and behavioural based interviewing
  • Articulating and selling the KiWi Power value proposition to candidates via networking events, professional networks and face to face candidate interaction
  • Generating both internal and external candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
  • Fostering relationships with passive talent
  • Ensuring constructive feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
  • Utilising innovative skills and competency testing techniques suitable for the work environments
  • Researching competitors’ packages, both financial and non financial
Agency and Internal Relationships: 
  •  Working with internal clients to problem solve, create 'go-to-market’ strategies, and define the candidate identification
  • Organising and attending agency briefings and events to develop relationships between KiWi Power and the specialist agencies
  • Providing progress updates and business development opportunities to the recruitment strategy for each role
  • Working with line managers to ensure that clear job descriptions and person specs are produced with benchmarking and relevant governance approval in place
‚ÄčReporting and Systems:
  • Building, developing and maintaining an in-house candidate database and workflow products e.g. candidate / job tracking spread sheet
  • Reporting on all analytics gained from recruitment systems or external sites e.g. LinkedIn
  • Implementing simple, effective and track-able resourcing, record keeping and administration processes
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management
Risk & Compliance:
  •  Ensuring that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

Desired skills and Experience:

KiWi Power requires a BMS Project Engineer with experience in BMS strategy and control engineering to join our UK technical team. The successful candidate will have an understanding of BMS, metering, networks, <span rgb(34,="" 34,="" 34);="" font-family:="" arial,="" sans-serif;="" font-size:="" 12.8000001907349px;="" line-height:="" normal;"="">Modbus protocal, energy systems, building and plant operation as well as automated controls for HVAC, chillers, AHU’s and refrigeration systems.
 
The ideal candidate will be familiar with various types of BMS and integration for automated Demand Response in various sectors and commercial / industrial buildings. The candidate should also have knowledge of energy efficiency measures. Demonstration of managing projects, sub-contractors and health and safety regulations is also required.
 
Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the role will require a mature individual who will be able to work remotely, representing KiWi Power on client sites. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about clean technology and enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking site surveys on client sites to ascertain the potential for BMS control strategy upgrades, Demand Response (‘DR’) and Frequency Response (‘FR’) programmes
  • Delivering scope of works, control strategy, O&M manuals and commissioning documentation for delivering projects
  • Undertaking technical discussions with key client stakeholders and third parties to facilitate on-site project engineering and control of BMS on client sites
  • Overseeing all aspects of projects, including technical work, scheduling, budget management, assigning responsibilities, project status and client relationship management

  • Managing contractors and third party suppliers to integrate Demand Response on client sites
  • Delivering project reports using approved KiWi Power processes and systems

Main Responsibilities:

Salesforce CRM Coordinator:
 
  •   Providing first line support and assistance with regards to KiWi’s CRM system, including highlighting and resolving outstanding issues with BDM’s, updating and developing the CRM structure and data input, forecasting of pipeline and circulating updates to the sales team
  •   Working with users and management to respond to business needs and CRM change requests including: processes, workflows, validations, user profiles, reports and dashboards, Conga documents and additional applications
  •   Generating and management of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI’s and additional CRM reports from Salesforce.com
  •   Contributing to the management and development of in-house analysis tools to suit business needs and requirements
  •   Creating and designing processes to support Salesforce implementation across the business
  •   Supporting and training new and existing CRM users to ensure system adoption and utilization (including process, data entry, reporting and best practice)

 
Marketing Support:
 
  •   Integration of Pardot marketing system into Salesforce
  •   Maintenance and development of Pardot marketing automation systems
  •   Working closely with the marketing manager to set up broadcast elements of campaigns including template creation (forms, emails, lists, web landing pages etc.) and scheduling of activity including emails, events, webinars and social media
  •   Generating reports and analysis of marcomms campaigns
  •   Providing further ad-hoc support to the marketing manager in areas such as mail shot campaigns, social media outlets and press releases

While not essential, the ideal candidate will also be familiar with UK energy markets and should also be able to demonstrate proficiency and know-how regarding an enterprise-type sales process and cycle as well as an awareness of technology and software development.
 
A hands-on innovative operator with a track record of forging successful business relationships, the role holder will be expected to drive the rapid transformation of our UK business whilst realising key commercial opportunities, leading to the achievement of performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day management and leadership for UK level activities including strategy, sales, business development, marketing, resourcing and infrastructure, operations and technical delivery
