Overview:

Award winning smart grid company KiWi Power is looking for a full time Systems Operator to assist with the management of our systems and assets, provide a direct interface with our UK and international clients, serve as a contact point with National Grid operations and further the development of our management platform. 

Desired skills and Experience:

You must be motivated and passionate about the clean tech and energy sector. The role involves liaising with our technical and operations teams and generating a range of reports for the business, so you must be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills. Main Responsibilities:

This role will be a key part of KiWi Power’s high growth and fast paced environment, proactively coordinating customer care and operations for Demand Response programmes. Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
 
-        Being able to cover shifts Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00 pm; Sat - Sun 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00pm – 11:00pm
-        Available to support events from home
-        Initiating DR events and monitoring performance
-        Troubleshooting issues
-        Providing excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
-        Generating performance reports; managing client performance and addressing underperformance
-        Serving as point of escalation for critical customer issues, working to resolve problems and helping to remove barriers for the team
-        Providing ad-hoc reporting and statistics
-        Assisting with new DR programme research and implementation
-        Creating, developing and improving new and existing smart management features for our bespoke IT platform
-        Process evaluation and improvement
-        Providing support for our international operations

Project Support Officer (Full-time)

Main Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 
-       Provide administrative support to the UK and International Delivery teams 
-       Manage risks, actions, issues & dependencies, whilst escalating to project managers / Head of Delivery / COO, as appropriate
-       Liaise with key stakeholders to log, manage and analyse information on the progress of projects
-       Co-ordinate internal and external project meetings with key stakeholders, whilst taking minutes and actions and ensuring actions are completed on time 
-       Update projects (plan & status), budgets, invoices and hardware stock levels using agreed reporting tools
-       Review current processes, assist in change control and update processes accordingly
-       Forecast and manage hardware stock levels for the UK and International Delivery teams
-       Prepare monthly stock schedules for the finance function and provide support when required
-       Raise purchase orders and invoices for suppliers, sub-contractors and clients, ensuring payments are made on time
-       Liaise with Business Development Managers to collate clients’ technical data and submit ‘ENA’ applications
-       Assist with the implementation of Quality Management System (‘QMS’) and Health & Safety (‘H&S’) processes to ensure the business is compliant with the relevant guidelines and standards and adheres to best practice
