Senior Systems Operator (Full-time)

Compensation: £18,000 - £24,000, subject to experience

Award winning smart grid company KiWi Power is looking for a full time Senior Systems Operator to assist with the management of our systems and assets, provide a direct interface with our UK and international clients, serve as a contact point with National Grid operations and further the development of our management platform.

The role involves liaising with our technical and operations teams and generating a range of reports for the business, so you must be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills. Main Responsibilities:

Job Description / Responsibilities:
This role will be a key part of KiWi Power’s high growth and fast paced environment, proactively coordinating customer care and operations for Demand Response programmes. Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
-       Being able to cover shifts Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00 pm; Sat - Sun 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00pm – 11:00pm
-       Available to support events from home
-       Initiating DR events and monitoring performance
-       Troubleshooting issues
-       Providing excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
-       Generating performance reports; managing client performance and addressing underperformance
-       Serving as point of escalation for critical customer issues, working to resolve problems and helping to remove barriers for the team
-       Providing ad-hoc reporting and statistics
-       Assisting with new DR programme research and implementation
-       Creating, developing and improving new and existing smart management features for our bespoke IT platform
-       Process evaluation and improvement
-       Providing support for our international operations
