Award winning smart grid company KiWi Power is looking for a full time Senior Operations Analyst to assist with the management of our portfolio and services we offer. As part of our Operations Team you will be instrumental in delivering and shaping the demand side response programmes in the UK and internationally.

The role involves liaising with our technical and operations teams and generating a range of reports for the business, so you must be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills. Main Responsibilities:

This role will be a key part of KiWi Power’s high growth and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our client portfolio through our proprietary platform and help with optimization of the demand side programmes we offer. The primary objective of the role is to oversee the daily operations tasks and provide support during tendering and implantation of new demand side programmes.  Market analysis and forecasting will also play a substantial part of the role. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-        Being able to cover shifts Mon-Fri, either at 05:45 – 13:30 or 13:30 – 21:00
-        Being available to support events from home (during weekend and nights)
-        Initiating DR events, monitoring performance and resolving any issues through our proprietary platform
-        Managing our platform, client portfolio and programmes (in the UK and Internationally)
-        Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships
-        Generating performance reports; managing client performance and addressing underperformance
-        Providing ad-hoc reporting and statistics
-        Managing our client invoicing and self-billing process
-        Helping with research and implementation of new DR programmes
-        Assisting with analysis of the electricity market and demand response
-        Working closely with our development team on implantation of new features and programmes in our platform
-        Creating, developing and improving new and existing smart management features for our bespoke IT platform
-        Providing support for our international operations
